Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Dagg and Stacey order! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or give an online credit within 7 days of receiving the order. Please send us an email via email@example.com if you wish to exchange the product. Please include the order number and the reason for the exchange. We will confirm the return along with the return address. Your return will not be accepted unless it is confirmed by Dagg and Stacey prior to receiving your return. Dagg and Stacey must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive at Dagg and Stacey no more than 14 days from your return confirmation. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds. All items returned must be unworn/unwashed with the tags still attached and the original receipt included. Dagg and Stacey does not offer free return labels, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All sale items are final sale.
Cancellation of Orders and out of Stock Items
You may only cancel your order via telephone or email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. Dagg and Stacey may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available.
In the event of partial orders, Dagg and Stacey will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order. Dagg and Stacey will contact you with regard to any cancellations via telephone or email.
